Bank Santander is the largest bank in Europe and one of the first banks to open up their APIs as part of the UK’s Open Banking implementation. This session will investigate the journey from the point of view of the Product Head of Santander’s Open Banking Platform. He will share his journey from an infrastructure and capability perspective and from a change management perspective. The latter is equally important as open banking is calling for banks to fundamentally change they way the operate, touching upon all aspect from customer engagement, product offering, business models and ways of working.
